Shout: Shout is the UK’s first free 24/7 text service for anyone in crisis anytime, anywhere. It’s a place to go if you’re struggling to cope and you need immediate help.

Shout is powered by a team of volunteers, who are at the heart of the service. We take people from crisis to calm every single day.

Self-Harm UK: They support young people who self-harm. They also give advice to their parents, siblings and friends.

In This Together Swindon: We are all parents/carers who have children/young people, who we support with their mental health difficulties. Their mental health difficulties range from mild - moderate, to severe (self-harming and suicide attempts).

We as parents/carers feel isolated/angry/not believed/not listened to/unsupported/a failure as a parent/exhausted/like we are banging our heads against a brick wall/having to fight every day and MANY other emotions.

We have come together, as we are ALL "In This Together"; no child/young person/parent or carer is alone.
